When I called this shop, I hadn't had any experience with them before but could see all the really good ratings they had and that their arrangements were beautiful and different, not just like your typical florist that uses baby's breath and outdated things like that. The gal helping me was I believe the owner and she truly cared about how my order went (as I had a bad experience with another florist recently). When the arrangement was to be delivered, I asked for a picture of the arrangement first so I could see it since I had been so disappointed in the past with what was represented in an order and what had actually been received (I do know that substitutions have to be made sometimes but I have seen arrangements that were completely different than what was expected. Anyway, she sent me the picture, which was lovely but there were lilies in it and I asked for them to be changed out, which she did and made an even prettier arrangement. I would not hesitate to give them my business again and will in the future! Thanks so much for making my friend's day! :)

I have never had the “customer service” that I received from you…..I am so grateful. After talking with about ten florist, of which nine would have been very good - but, with you I had service that I have never experienced - above and beyond ! Thank you for your help….all your help.
